At Inktoprint we make every possible effort to ensure our customers
are happy. That is why they keep on coming back. On the rare
occasion that there is a problem with one of our products, or
if you are not totally satisfied, please click on "Contact
Us" to notify us of your problem.
When you place an order
with us, you are making an offer to buy goods and
we will send you an e-mail to confirm
that we have received your order. Once
we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we
will accept and process
your order. We will not take payment from
you until we have accepted your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or
that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this
and offer alternatives to which you have no obligation to
accept.
How To Place An Order.
Follow the provided navigation to the page with the goods you
wish to order, enter the amount of items you require and click
on "Add To Cart". Your shopping cart will appear on the bottom
of the screen containing the cost and quantity of the items you
have selected, please ensure that this is correct before
proceeding to the "Checkout". At the checkout you have the
ability to view your order and if you wish to place the order
click "Confirm" which will take you to our secure online
transaction facility. Please note for security purposes we can
only ship goods the UK mainland and to the cardholders address.
Delivery.
We will endevour to mail all orders within 24 hours of
acceptance but unfortunatley mailing restrictions may prevent
this on some orders. All orders are mailed by 1st Class Royal
Mail or Royal Mail Parcels depending on order size. All orders
placed on the Inktoprint website are mailed out with free
delivery - the price you see is the price you pay.
Cancellations and Returns.
You can cancel your contract at any time up
to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please
e-mail us or write to us, you do not
have to give any reason for cancellation.
However, a brief
explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to
customers in the future. If you
cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.You must ensure that the goods
are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will
collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of
collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods
before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or
deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This
cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for
example, if goods are faulty or mis-represented
If you have received faulty goods, please
contact us and you will be asked to return them. You will be
given the choice of a full refund or replacement goods. The
choice is yours.
